SBEC
Sugar has commenced production of high
quality white crystal sugar
at its plant located in the heart of the sugar-cane belt of Western
UP. The unit has an installed capacity of 60,000 tonnes of sugar per
annum which will increase to 100,000 tonnes per annum in the second
year of operation. The
plant proposes to meet its entire power needs through captive
generation. It
incorporates a technologically intensive effluent treatment and
disposal system, conforming to the most stringent environmental
norms.
In a
trailblazing effort, the company is marketing its high quality
‘branded’ sugar in an array of innovative
packaging solutions. This
is supported by an extensive national multi-media advertising
campaign aimed at creating rapid product awareness and a strong
brand identity in an effort to offer value added products to a very
discerning and demanding consumers of today.
